NOON Ventures was founded in 2020 by Caspar Høgh and Theis Malmborg, with the backing of C.P. Dyvig and Dyvig Holdings as well as Arve Johan Andresen, Niels Peder Nielsen and Torben Lowzow. NOON invests in companies with proven transformative technologies and the potential to impact environmental or climate challenges.

The aspiration of the team is to be true co-developers of businesses alongside the entrepreneurs, and the team dedicates the time required to build lasting businesses. NOON Ventures invests in a select number of companies and works closely with each of them.
