The companies span promotional wear (B&C), heavy workwear (Wenaas) and healthcare and service workwear (Clinic & Job Dress, Hejco, Martinson and Sverre W. Monsen).

Each company has its own headquarter and management team, with group finance based at Amaliegade 47.

The Cotton Group has a common mission to provide a high service level for its customers combined with safe, comfortable, and stylish clothes for the end users, so that they can perform their daily tasks to the highest standard.
