2024
The Cotton Group acquired Falk & Ross, a leading European multi-brand wholesaler of promotional products.
2021
Michael Hauge Sørensen and Dyvig Holdings acquired The Cotton Group. Management was subsequently invited to participate in the ownership.
2020
NOON Ventures was founded in 2020 by Theis Malmborg and Caspar Høgh, with the backing of C.P. Dyvig and Dyvig Holdings as well as Arve Johan Andresen, Niels Peder Nielsen and Torben Lowzow.
2019
Amaliegade 47 was acquired and today houses the family office, Noon Ventures and The Cotton Group's central financial administration.
2014
Dyvig Holdings was founded and acquired Kompan in partnership with the management team of Connie Astrup-Larsen, Jesper Egelykke Jensen, and Peter Elkjær-Larsen and the pension fund PFA. Kirk Kapital replaced PFA as our partner at the end of 2014.
2024
Dyvig Holdings acquired a stake above 10% in Bang & Olufsen. Since 1925, Bang & Olufsen has created iconic audio and home entertainment products to the highest standards of craftsmanship and design.
2010
C.P. Dyvig & Co. was established and acquired FIH Erhvervsbank together with the pension funds ATP, PFA, and Folksam. The lending business was sold to Spar Nord and Nykredit, and the legal entity was subsequently liquidated.
