Financial Investments

C.P. Dyvig & Co. and Dyvig Holdings invest in securities across global markets. Investments are characterized by exposure to globally leading blue-chip companies with proven business models and track-records of profitable growth. Listed investments provide the group with liquid capital for additional industrial acquisitions. Dyvig Holdings has also invested in commercial real estate in Greater Copenhagen. In 2024 Dyvig Holdings acquired a stake above 10% in Bang & Olufsen, a Danish producer of luxury audio and home entertainment.

Headquarters

C.P. Dyvig & Co. owns the group’s headquarters, located at Amaliegade 47. The historic building from 1790 houses family office employees, Noon Ventures and The Cotton Group’s central financial administration.
